  Simon and Hamish were outstanding. We were fortunate enough to be recommended Simon Curtain from Abercromby’s Armadale to sell our unique home and we count it as one of the best life decisions we’ve made. Simon is a genuine and experienced professional who values strong relationships with both vendors and buyers, and this is why he achieves successful outcomes for both parties. Throughout our campaign which was interrupted by Victoria’s fifth and sixth lockdowns, our property was only on the market for 17 days and not only was Simon overlooking all aspects of our marketing campaign from day one, we noticed Simon had to also constantly adapt his strategy, to ensure our campaign captured as much of the market as possible during uncertain times.   Abercrombys were the second agency we engaged to sell our apartment, and after an unusual and stressful experience with the first agency, Hugh Hardy presented as a calm and wise voice who we very quickly came to trust. His knowledge of the market in our area was excellent, with realistic price expectations clearly articulated, and his advice regarding demographics and potential purchasers for our type of apartment was well-focused.
  
  He had a good work ethic, communicated well, and importantly, took the time to listen to us and answer all our questions and settle our nerves. We needed a quick sale, at the right price, and Hugh delivered.
